One key is supplied in the lockbox outside the apartment and Emily will send you a private access code for your arrival.

Please check you have returned the keys to the Security Key Box on departure by re-entering the access code and pressing the “reset” button to close.

A car parking space is available out the front of the apartment and labelled “Reserved for Unit 10” for your use. You will also find are limited visitor parking spaces opposite the apartment.

Botanica Editions aim to provide you with all services in good working order. Please inform Emily if you discover any maintenance issues during your stay.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for your pleasure. Please report any damage, breakages or missing items immediately. Botanica Editions Sanctuary is a place of retreat and restoration. We find keeping noise to a minimum and limiting noise after 10pm helps nurture the restoration process.

A local bus stop is located at the entrance of this Resort. A timetable is found via this link.

The resort timber Rubbish and Recycling bins are located opposite the apartment. Please place any Rubbish or Recycling in these bins as you leave Botanica Editions Sanctuary.

An abundance of birdlife, frogs and the odd insect are just some of the locals you may meet whilst staying at Botanica Editions Sanctuary. It is always a good idea to keep the screen doors closed in the apartment and not encourage the wild life with food.

We have supplied a number of bathroom and kitchen amenities from the Botanica Editions Apothecary to begin your stay. We prefer natural ingredients over synthetic where possible therefore you will find, raw, natural, herbal ingredients in the pantry. You will find a selection of natural bathroom amenities from Warbotanical (Yarra Valley) and Hidden Valley Broome, linking the Botanica Editions properties between the Yarra Valley and Cable Beach.

There are three outdoor BBQ areas available for Botanica Editions guests. The BBQ facilities can be found by each of the three main pools located throughout the resort.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with all your in-house cooking needs. The hob switch located on the kitchen wall needs to be switched on to allow the stovetop to be used. The range hood slides out for use and also switch on the light.

Oven Operating Manual

Botanica Editions Sanctuary is fitted with an individual climate-controlled cooling/heating system in each room which can be adjusted by using the remote controls supplied.

We find it is best to keep doors and windows closed to assist the most efficient cooling or heating when using the system.

A hair dryer is found in the bathroom for your convenience.

Free WIFI is a complimentary service within the resort.

Please see WIFI section above for the with a unique login and passcode and check with Reception if the password may have changed.

The iron and Ironing board are located in the master bedroom cupboard.

A front loading washing machine, tumble dryer and washing amenities are available for your use at Botanica Editions Sanctuary.

A drying rack is found in the laundry cupboard and can be used for air drying on the back verandah.

Washing Machine Operating Manual

Luxury bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for each of the guests staying at Botanica Editions: Sanctuary.

Turkish Towels for use at any of the resort pools can be found in the bathroom cupboard.

We appreciate you keeping the bathroom towels within the apartment and please check the 4 x Botanica Editions Turkish Towels are returned to the apartment before your checkout time.

An additional charge may be applied if the Pool Towels are not returned to the apartment.

Botanica Editions Sanctuary has insect screens installed on the windows and the large sliding doors

We suggest you close the sliding screen system around dusk if you choose to keep the glass doors open. Otherwise, an abundance of insect life from the Sanctuary gardens attracted to the house lights is likely to join your party come night time.

The back courtyard has sensor motion lighting installed to detect movement after dusk. If you need to turn the outside lights off, the light switch is located to the left of the glass sliding door.

The resort swimming pools are available for apartment guests only with hours from sunrise to sunset daily.

You will find the pool access pass within the security lock box on your arrival. Should the passes be misplaced or lost, there will be a $30 replacement fee.

There is a STRICTLY NO GLASS OR ALCOHOL permitted within the pool area and an adult must supervise children at all times.

The Botanica Editions Turkish towels within the apartment are provided for use at the pool.

We appreciate you keeping the bathroom towels within the apartment and please check the 4 x Botanica Editions Turkish Towels are returned to the apartment before your checkout time.

An additional charge may be applied if the Pool Towels are not returned to the apartment.

Local free to air television channels are available for you to view. Instructions are included in the booklet for you.
